DescriptionPrimary duties include monitoring telephone calls for customer service representatives within an inbound/outbound call center environment to ensure quality and consistency

- Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls handled by Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality customer service

- Provides feedback to Customer Service Representatives under the direction of site manager

- Works closely with site manager to discuss customer service trending issues and potential training needs

- May take part in call quality calibration sessions with site manager

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



--Excellent customer service skills

--Exceptional listening skills with proven ability to provide tactful feedback and remain objective

--Excellent oral, written, organization and interpersonal communication skills

--Demonstrate an understanding of policies, procedures and processes

--Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
