DescriptionA client of ours in Lexington, KY is seeking 2-3 Customer Service Representatives to join their team. Responsibilities include:
Answers incoming calls, emails and messages from customers
*Researches solutions, bill payment, process orders, reviewing options, and trouble-shoot issues.
*Data entry into a client system to track interactions and solutions.
*Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services,
*Take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
*Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests.
*Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
*Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
*Resolve customers service or complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
*Responds to basic telephone, electronic, and written inquiries.
*Handle escalated inbound calls for services and billing issues.
Working hours: 12pm-9pm
