Our Lansing Area Client has a long term contract opportunity for a Telecom Analyst. This person will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the voice telecommunications system infrastructure and associated devices as well as Help Desk support for Executive Team.
Support end user telecom problems.
Assist with Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes (MACD).
Writes fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
Shares knowledge effectively within the work team.
Provide Help Desk Support to Executive Team.
Associates degree preferred
3+ years of telecommunications experience in large enterprise telecom environments
Can screen complex, technical or specialized literature for referral
Experience with one or more telecom system platforms
Experience and general knowledge of networks / TCP/IP
Experience and understanding of general telecom system architecture
2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk role
Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.
