Randstad is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work a contract position for one one of our clients who have locations in Lake Worth and Belle Glade. In this role you will be working at both locations.

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sr. Admn. Schedules meetings, prepares minutes and summaries for meetings. Prepares payroll, processes electronic purchase orders, and responds to inquiries accurately. Develops complex reports and spreadsheets.

Working hours: Monday - Friday


Ability to type at least 40 words per minute accurately.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Effective customer service skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Multitasking capabilities.

Detail oriented.
