Microsoft CRM Developer

  • Provide support and development for Microsoft CRM.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues (production, test and QA)

  • Participate in each stage of the SDLC model using Commerce best practices, project methodology, and change management systems.

  • Produce accurate development and testing documentation for assigned projects.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with IT, business unit and vendor resources to effectively deploy solutions.

  • Manage compatibility of application with environment.

  • Create/modify workflows, plugins, and custom ASP.NET code.

  • Perform screen modifications and other system configurations.

  • Write ad-hoc reports.

Required:

  • Professional with Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with ASP.NET applications (C#,.NET 3.5+, jQuery, web services, MVC/MVP patterns, unit test - Rhino mocks, FxCop, StyleCop, Resharper, DevExpress tools).

  • Individual must be self-motivated and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & effectively with multiple technical & non-technical groups. Understanding of relational database concepts, design processes, testing frameworks, SQL (Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Stored Procedures, Views, temporary tables, indexes). Intermediate understanding of Windows operating systems, IIS, SSRS and Windows Server 2012.

Desired:

  • Prior experience developing or supporting CRM software in the financial services industry. Experience with automated testing tools and Change Management. Experience with architecture, design and development of CRM software a plus. Experience with CRM 2011, 2013 SDK preferred. Solid understanding of .NET coding best practices and patterns. Skilled at performance optimization and troubleshooting - server, client, and database.
