Job Title: Sr Biostatistician
- The two contracting statistician positions are full time contracting statistical scientist positions of the comapny, selected candidates will be involved in the processes of statistical development activities for clinical development. Under the general direction of in-house Sr. level statistician, they will perform statistical activities for assigned clinical studies or related drug development projects. Statistical activities may include but not limited to, for example, review of CRFs/eCRFs, analysis datasets (eg, ADaM), clinical study/ISS/ISE reports and statistical analysis tables/figures/listings, performing exploratory analyses for the design of new studies or for evaluations of new development drugs.
- Each positioned contracting statistician will provide sound statistical support in the design and analysis of clinical studies, including study protocol development, review of CRFs/eCRFs, analysis datasets (eg, ADaM), clinical study/ISS/ISE reports and statistical analysis tables/figures/listings, performing exploratory analyses for the design of new studies or for evaluations of new development drugs, assistance on interaction with regulatory affairs, clinical development and project management on regulatory agency requests, comments or feedback.
M.S. or Ph.D in Statistics or Biostatistics from an accredited college or university and with 2-4 years (for M.S. applicant) or 1-2 years (for Ph.D. applicant) of experience in Phase 1, 2, or 3 clinical trial statistics.
Effective working knowledge of using SAS (eg, in Linux/Unix system) and other Statistical software (R, or S+) are required.
