Randstad Staffing is seeking an experienced accounting professional with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger experience for a valued client. This position is temporary to permanent, Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM or 8:30AM-5:30PM. The accounting assistant is responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers or other organizations/individuals; gathering purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, preparing payments and posting to the general ledger. The clerk maintains all payments and other transaction records.

Working hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM

Skills:

Must have 2 years of working experience in A/P, A/R and G/L

Software proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, JD Edwards or Concur

Works well within a team

Knowledge of basic accounts payable concepts, practices and procedures
