Randstad Technologies has an immediate opening with our long-standing end customer, a leading Healthcare PBM company.

2 Direct Hire positions that can sit in Irving TX or Scottsdale AZ.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years overall experience in Business Analysis and requirements building experience

  • 2+ years experience building out PBM healthplan requirements for Clients/Plan Members including formularies, copays, etc.

  • 3+ years leadership/management with experience leading teams of 8-15 resources

  • Strong Customer facing abilities and/or experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • 4 year degree

  • Advanced degree and/or certifications

  • RxConnect or similar third party claims adjudication systems experience

  • Strong statistical reporting experience


As a Client Benefits Senior Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a team of 10-15 Benefit Relationship Managers (BRM) engaged in designing & delivering of requirements for new client implementation and for maintenance of business for health plan clients. You will plan, direct, supervise, and help evaluate workflow

and coordinate work activities to achieve the service level goals, quality and productivity of your high functioning team. You will accomplish this by:

  • Recommending operational improvements both strategically and in the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures.

  • Actively managing the performance of staff members according to established Key Performance standards

  • Developing a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Your success will be driven by the success of your team in their goals for exceeding client satisfaction score targets as well as contributing to reduced service warranty payments to clients. Your healthcare industry knowledge, staff development and process improvement skills will also contribute to your success. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative.

Night and weekend hours expected to be worked around end of year for 1:1 Readiness (aka client Welcome Season).
