Administrative Assistant Level 3 position may support one or more departments within a company performing a variety of admin functions. Responsible for scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, composing memos, letters and emails, transcribing notes, and researching and creating presentations. Also facilitates meetings, generates reports, prepares and monitors invoices, and processes expense reports. May act as project leaders or office managers and undertake complex tasks.

Skills:

High school Diploma

3-5 years of experience

Associates degree or Admin certifications are often a plus

Project management Certifications is a bonus

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Knowledge of and experience with Adobe, Quickstart, FileMakerPro, Access, MS Live Meeting & WebEx as required
