DescriptionRandstad is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Temporary to Permanant opportunity with a well known company in the Horsham area! This opportunity is for an Accounting Clerk for a full time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.


- Keying monthy commission information into system

- Gather purchase orders, charge slips etc. and prepare payments

- Verify invoice amounts from invoice to database

- Create multiple spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

- Create letters and other correspondence to clients as well as separating reports, mailing statements, back up and checks

- Other administrative duties as needed such as answering phone calls, providing clients with requested information and taking messages when necessary

Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm



- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience as an Accounting Clerk/Accounting Support

- Accounting software experience preferred

- Strong computer skills and must be proficient with Excel

Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Hourly Pay Rate: $18-20/hour (depending on experience)
