DescriptionOur client, a large Health Insurance company located in Hooksett, NH is seeking Customer Service Associates to provide high level of customer support to customers by phone. In the position will assist clients over the phone with health provider enrollment inquiries and other related questions. The ideal Customer Service Associate candidate will need to have excellent oral communication skills, strong English writing skills, as well as great problem solving and conflict resolution skills. The position will have a shift of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and will pay $13.00 per hour.
Working hours: 8:00am-4:30PM
--High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
--Prior experience working in the Insurance, Healthcare, or Pharmacy industry highly preferred.
--2 years minimum of relevant experience
--Strong written and oral communication skills
--Computer research skills and Microsoft Word and Outlook experience required
