Randstad USA Administration

DescriptionProvides administrative support to the Marketing Department. This is an 18 week assignment beginning November 1st, 2016.

Office environment

**Able to lift 1-45 lbs occasionally throughout the day

**Supports Marketing department projects and new item management

**Tracks department budget and provides budget forecasting

**Schedules and takes minutes for department meetings

**Prints and distributes vendor communications

**Distributes POS products to sales team and brokers

**Routes artwork proofs to printing vendors

**Sends packages for the marketing department

**Maintains inventory of marketing brochures, signage, and tags

**Fulfills requests for digital pictures of company products

**Completes route supply orders

Working hours: 8-5 Monday - Friday could vary if needed


**At least 2 years of marketing experience is required

**Associate's Degree in Marketing required; College degree preferred

**Experience in project management is preferred

**PC skills are required; strong Excel preferred
