Will be providing desktop support remotely and in person. (90% for the work will be IMAC - Install, Move, Add, Change with most of all the interaction being face to face.)
BA/BS degree preferred. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. The following certifications are preferred.: A+, MCSE, CCNA, or MCDST, HDI or Dell Certification Must have 4+ years of experience in a Desktop support role This would include Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. Must have working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure support and troubleshooting. Must be experienced with supporting/troubleshooting software, application, networking and operating system issues with a strong knowledge of the Windows 7 OS. Previous experience supporting MS Office suite and Office 365 (Priority with - Word, Excel, and Power Point) Looking for experience with both PC s, MAC s and laptops within an Active Directory environment.. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask. Must be able to pick up on new things and adapt to an ever changing environment. Must have excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail. Looking for a well rounded technician that has large corporate level experience servicing high C level customers during face to face interactions. Will be the Subject Matter Expert as it pertains to delivery and support of all corporate owned equipment. Will be responsible for the complete resolution of requested tasks.
