The Project Manager for the company and its principals have a diverse range of experience providing General Contracting. The ability to adapt and overcome defines this company as a company that is flexible, proactively communicates with project participants, and delivers value. The construction team possesses expertise and experience in general contracting, coupled with the knowledge and business acumen of credentialed professionals. During pre-construction and construction phases we assist owners, developers and institutions to better manage their projects.
Responsibilities for the Project Manager
Plan, review, and evaluate construction documents, specifications, and reports including bid management, review, and analysis
Establish and maintain the project schedule and construction budget in conjunction with the superintendent
Monitor large or multiple projects in different stages of development; effectively delegate control and techniques.
Make sure that the contract drawings and specifications ensure that the building is built in accordance with these documents.
Meet with owners and architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively to address the best interests of the company.
Participate and produce effective Project team meetings by documenting issues and solutions that arise including developing a critical action items list.
Develop risk management plan based on review of the contract documents along with Quality Assurance/ Quality Control program enforcement
Requirements for the Project Manager
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Preferred OR equivalent work experience.
7-10 years construction as a project manager (residential or commercial) experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Projects), Suretrack, or Primavera
Team oriented, strong verbal, organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
