This person will be analyzing existing error reports coming out from different sources. These reports will be the result of why data is not flowing into the system. This person will be responsible for looking at the reports, figuring out what the error is and how to go about resolving them. When they do analyze and figure it out, they will need to document the process on how they resolved it and help to educate business users so they can self-correct these from the beginning, resulting in fewer errors. However, if it is and IT related issue, this is where that BSA mentality would come into play and they would need to document what needs to be done to correct the error and provide that information to the developers to correct. In sum, analyze, train, and document the requirements. This is a short term gig as we have Q4 money to spend. Will not go beyond fiscal at this time. Basic SQL is important. In a sense an intern or recent college graduate could probably do the position. Great for someone who wants to gain experience or great for a junior-mid person who wants some additional work. Communication is important, but there will be a buffer in dealing with business users. However, look for someone who has good potential. Rate wise, this is a Junior to mid-level role.
