Coordinate with Marketing Communications team in development of overall positioning and messaging to the Sales Team, delivering customer promotions for all markets and buyers and target customers in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Manage communications to the sales team, delivering all prospect facing demand generation campaigns and metrics initiatives including weekly follow-up emails concentrating on results and analysis, asking why something is working/not working and helping to develop an action plan if needed.
Organize, coordinate and support marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Help to define external messaging and positioning, through press releases, analyst briefings targeted toward customers and/or partners.
Manage marketing budget for your region. Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns for lead/demand generation, coordinating with key stakeholders - regional sales and marketing, marketing communications, product management and business development.
Own localization of sales support presentations, demo specifications, and relevant collaterals (e.g., product brochures, data sheets, white papers, case studies, etc.)
Maintain customer and prospect database and promote the Nspire customer reference program for the CALA region.
Develop content and engage with the target audience on Social Media
Working hours: 8am-5pm
Proven ability to develop and execute a field marketing strategy that produces key customer adoption and revenue growth in complex enterprise software market.
5+ years (Latin American) direct field marketing experience in enterprise-class software
Hands-on experience with SFDC and marketing automation systems (preferably Eloqua) and an eagerness to learn more
Fluent in English and skilled in making presentations and demonstrating products to audiences of different participants (e.g., customers, analysts, technical peers, non-technical professionals) and size.
Must be Bilingual - Spanish and English mandatory - Portuguese optional -
Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, and marketing strategy skills.
