Title: Bilingual Client Account Support Associate

Location: Sunrise, FL

Duration: 8/15/2017 to 12/30/2017 (4 months)

Hours: M-F 830-5

Pay rate: 27/hr

Job Description:

Responsible for responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service.

Coordinates with account manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted.

Keeps account manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business.

May make on-site presentations to existing and prospective clients to educate and inform.

Engage and provide employee communication/health/wellness strategies to clients regarding their purchased services.

Working hours: M-F 830-5

Skills:

Qualifications:

Must be Fluent in Spanish.

High School Diploma/GED is required.

3 years of Healthcare experience is required.

Must be comfortable making presentations.
