-Responsible for meeting all sales objectives, customer satisfaction targets, productivity measurements, and all other objectives as specified.
-Responsible for initiating and answering telephone calls and processing electronic leads to sell, order, bill and schedule appointments for moves/relocation.
-Assumes responsibility for following up with customers to secure potential sales, clarify issues, resolve problems, research answers, and provide innovative alternative solutions.
-Maintains lead center database, creates/maintains various reports, and contributes to company profitability by upselling value-added services to customers.
Working hours: 40
-Results oriented with a proven ability to exceed sales, customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
-Three or more years of inbound and outbound call center experience in a "sales driven" environment.
-Ability to work in a fast paced call center team environment while multi-tasking workload based upon volume levels.
-Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain focus in order to timely resolve customer questions and/or needs.
-Ability to quickly understand and communicate information in an articulate, courteous, and tactful manner and accept supervisor feedback in a positive manner.
-Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and efficient computer skills required.
-Must have experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, and navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
-Must submit to pre-employment screenings prior to hire: drug screening and criminal background check.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Required to work an extended and rotating work schedule, including some weekends, evenings and holidays.
-Associate s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or equivalent related experience.

Phone Sales, Call Center, Telemarketing, Collections, Customer Service Representative, Customer Care
