We currently have an Accounts Receivable Specialist opportunity with one of our growing clients located in Farmingville, NY. Job Responsibilities:

- Review contracts and change orders; enter into job cost system

- Prepare lien waivers and work on special projects and analysis

- Process reconciliations and coordinate with vendors to receive payments

- Handle light collections to follow up on outstanding balances

- Handle time and material billing

- Hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM

- Salary is $18-20/hr

Working hours: MON-FRI 8:000AM-5:00PM



- MUST have accounts receivable/accounting experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry

- Experience with Timberline or AIA billing is a plus!

- Excellent organizational skills

- Familiarity with insurance certification for jobs

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
