The Call Center Supervisor role is a Direct Hire opportunity paying $50-60k and offers a $4500 yearly bonus.

Job Description:

  1. Provide internal and external customers with high quality and efficient customer service by supporting, motivating, recognizing and rewarding the Customer Service Teams in Spare Parts and Technical Service.

  2. Determine call center operational strategies by conducting assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses.

  3. Maintain and improve call center customer satisfaction by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys and audits.

  4. Prepare call center performance reports for Management and Staff.

  5. Review recorded calls, check for quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Coach employees by providing feedback on reviewed calls and implement a standard training plan for achieving exceptional customer service.

  6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of call center systems by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and bench-marking.

  7. Develop and implement training plans for new Customer Service Representatives and Expeditors according to the the department needs.

  8. Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. Administer scheduling systems, communicate job expectations and perform annual reviews.

Requirements:

Experience -

Previous Call Center Management or Supervisory experience is preferred.

Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel are also required.

SAP experience is preferred.

Education -

College degree with experience in Project Management or IT is preferred.
