KEY: Experience in Engineering a SailPoint Integration Solution
-Plans, conducts and oversees engineering solutions for multiple Identity and Access Management areas from design to implementation.
-Posess a clear and deep understanding of the Company business functions across business segments and with Subject Matter Expertise Depth and breadth of Knowledge level for Identity and Access Management, Governance and Security Operations areas
-Effectively work with Architecture Group, business owners and other stakeholders for requirement gathering and integration needs into IAM Solutions
-Responsible for communications with executive management, technical services, business leadership teams keeping informed on status of strategic initiatives
-Prepare manuals and train end users, engineers and support staff in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment.
-Extensive planning skills required to conduct audits of information processing systems and applications to ensure accuracy of information and promote operational efficiency.
-Breadth and depth knowledge of designing, enhancing and maintaining of IAM integration points to meet business requirements.
-Oversee and mentors others in the Engineering and Support teams on IAM group
-Configure SailPoint IIQ system leveraginge out-of- box and custom integrations of the toolset with end user systems and applications to accomplish Provisioning, De-Provisioning scenarios for internal and external users
-Provide leadership in migrating existing non IDM system based user life cycle management workflows into chosen Identity and Access Management Solutions for Business to Employees, Business to Business and Business to Consumers scenarios.
-May need to guide and direct the day-to- day activities of other Identity Management engineers IAM area
-May be assigned as a Technical Leader that require technical project management of existing or new integrations into IAM Technology Stack.
-Apply in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in IAM areas to arrive at decisions and problem resolutions that are complex and technical in nature.
-Provide guidance on technical engineering aspects of IAM conforming to evolving business needs
-Work with IAM Operations group to understand opportunities to automate provisioning needs in the existing environment and migrate into IDM Solutions
-Work with Change Management functional groups to follow processes and effectively communicate to end users on usage of IAM integraions, automation and user interface through Job Aids and other complementing methods.
-Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Identity Access Management and Security industry. Advise management of potential use of solutions and technologies to provide improved services to users of IT systems.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
-7 to 10 years experience designing, implmeneting and supporting identity auto provisioning tools such as Sailpoint
-Implementing experience in deploying IdM-As- a-Service tools such as OneLogin/Okta/SecureAuth
-Implementation experience in deploying solutions supporting standard authentication and authorization protocalls - OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML 2.0 etc
-Implementation and engineering experience with solutions in Multi Factor Authentication, Previleged Identity Management, Single Sign On and Web Access Management, Identity Federation, Cryptographic Services (PKI, EKM), Enterprise Directories (LDAP, Active Directory)
-Excellent business presentation and articulatingskills to technical, business and management teams
-5+ years experience in leading a team of engineers and/or business partner teams in engineering IAM integration solutions spanning across IT systems
-5 to 7 years experience building, implementing and maintaining identity connectors for identity toolset
-Proven expertise in Java development skills like J2EE, JSP, Java Struts and Servlets
-Comprehensive understanding of network and networking protocols.
-Working knowledge of Project Management tools, experience with visual tools to represent architecture, data flows such as Visio is essential
-Domain knowledge in retail/whole sale is desirable
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to work in geographically dispersed teams.
-Ability to manage competing priorities while working on concurrent projects and/or simultaneous support tasks.
-Must have strong computer skills within stated area of engineering expertise and must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
