Randstad Technologies is looking for an individual who has a desire to work in the medical field with Nurses, Doctors, and Field Technicians, each and every day. This position requires the ability to do this from our field services office in Duluth, GA.
The role requires the ability to work on hardware and software troubleshooting. THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL IT HELPDESK ROLE. Experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or supply chain is preferred.

Summary: Responsible for providing technical support to our US customer base, distributor network in the Americas, and other Given employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Provide technical support and service via phone or PC connection to our US customer base, distributor network in the Americas, and other Given employees
Perform depot service functions including diagnosing, repairing, updating, or staging of Given products
Assist material management personnel in conducting in-coming inspection of Given or vendor product for quality assurance purposes.
Enter service and repair orders, notifications or other documentation into Company s integrated software. Verifies and maintains accuracy of database information as required.
May require handling of non-conforming product per the Quality & Assurance procedures
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelors degree from a college or university and minimum four (4) years related experience; or Microsoft 2000 certification or Associates Degree and a minimum of six (6) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ability to read, analyze, and interpret, technical procedures, specifications, schematic and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
MicrosoftÒ 2000, MicrosoftÒ NT, and installation of application software, MicrosoftÒ: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Internet software, Order processing.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
