This role is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will allow you to showcase your talent and discover the GREAT difference with Randstad! Customer Service Reps with our client work hard to provide award winning customer service experiences. Whether you're taking calls to help someone make a payment, adding a vehicle to their policy or working through a complex billing issue, you'll be responsible for delivering an on their side experience to all customers. After perm hire, pay will increase and may be upwards of $33,500 per year with medical benefits, 18 days vacation, a Pension plan, and tuition reimbursement!

What you'll be doing:

- Field inbound calls from policyholders, agents, third parties, business partners inquiring about insurance products

- Effectively and efficiently make policy changes, answer policy/billing questions, take payments, and provide documentation

- Follow up with customer, as needed, to process policy/ documentation changes

- Create a customer-focused, simple, and hassle free environment

What we're looking for:

- One year working in a call center environment

- Prefer experience working in the insurance industry

- High school diploma, or higher, required

- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to best communicate technical information

- Strong ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems

When would you work?

The training hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Fri for the first 10 weeks of employment. Regular schedules begin after training and you may CHOOSE either a 5 day work week of 2:30 - 11:00 PM (off on Tues and Sun) or a 4 day work week of 12:30 - 11:00 PM (off on Mon, Thurs, and Sun).
