Looking for a dynamic desk side support individual who is a ready to join a growing company and provide excellent technical support. Environment at this company typically includes a Windows 7 OS and hands on versus remote work. Must have experience in the following areas:
-Assist in PC refreshes, break/fix, and migrations
-Work with both PCs and Laptops
-Providing the technical face to the client.
- Apple/MAC Experience
-Hands on technical support in the last two jobs.
-General PC/troubleshooting experience
-Experience troubleshooting Windows OS including XP/7
-Excellent communications skills
-Experience with PC refreshes and migrations.
-Good communication/customer service skills
