Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.: 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.

Minimal Qualification:

Previous experience with highly complex technical projects/programs

  • Demonstrated support of the Change Management environment

  • Demonstrated use of reporting tools associated with PAC2000.

  • Demonstrated strong understanding of business and systems.

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude

  • Effectively navigate complex cross functional and matrixed team dynamics

  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple high priority issue at one time

  • Ability to work in a rotational 24x7 on-call support environment.

  • Excellent professional written and oral communications.

  • Excellent analytic skills and technical documentation skills

  • Experience in identifying, clarifying and resolving issues and risks

  • Self-starter who can handle several work items independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate Lending Business and processes.

  • Previous experience with highly complex technical projects/programs

  • Experience working with senior and mid-level management.

  • Experience supporting Business and Technical BCP plans.

  • Broad WFHM business and technical knowledge-working experience in both Mortgage Business and Technical arenas.

  • Experience with system monitoring tools - OpTier, Splunk, HPD.

  • Experience coordinating Hardware and application installations

May require rotational weekend support
