Position Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of our project team, providing support to Partners and multiple project teams, in addition to a variety of other initiatives. S/he will be critical in representing to our clients around the world. This position will be based out of our Darien, CT office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • ? Extensive domestic and international calendar scheduling, travel coordination and reconciliation of expense reports

  • ? Supporting multiple project teams with calendar scheduling and travel coordination

  • ? Assisting senior leadership with multiple client activities, accounting duties and vendor relationships

  • ? Providing phone coverage for senior leaders during business hours

  • ? Maintaining client contact database (CRM)

  • ? Managing document production

  • ? Supporting general office maintenance

  • ? Supporting client conferences/ special events

  • ? Arranging food, beverages and clean up for internal and client meetings

Skill Requirements

  • ? Undergraduate degree

  • ? Minimum five years of senior-level administrative experience with client service orientation

  • ? Experience working for a professional services firm with heavy client interaction strongly preferred

  • ? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to learn new databases as needed

  • ? Self-starter with a professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and excellent judgment

  • ? Ability to process/prioritize requests and have mechanisms in place for follow-up

  • ? Proactive communicator and decision maker

  • ? Ability to multitask and respond to requests independently

  • ? Constructive, creative and flexible approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment

  • ? Strong telephone presence and interpersonal skills

  • ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proofreading proficiency

  • ? Strong ethical standards in discussing business and client-sensitive information
