In this role, the consultants support both hardware and software issues. They ll be supporting proprietary applications that run on Windows. The average handle time is 7 minutes. If things aren t resolved within 15-20 minutes, it s documented and escalated accordingly.


1-2 Years of Large Enterprise Call Center Experience

Experience managing/resolving 35-50 tickets individually each day

Windows Resolution Experience

Strong Documentation Experience

CompTia Certified

A+ Network Certified

HDI Certified

Service Now Management Tool experience is a plus

Candidates don t need to have all of the certifications to be considered, but the manger will take a candidate who has more certs over another candidate.
