Description- Advanced knowledge using the following Macintosh system software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Microsoft Office
- Thorough working knowledge of Macintosh system
Working hours: 8-5
- Meet/discuss art projects with clients and/or sales to determine scope of project - Develop graphics for product logos/illustrations - Knowledge and understanding of graphics terminology and production procedures - Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy by size, type size, and style.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval to include virtual sample requests - Completes projects by coordinating with outside suppliers, art services, printers, etc.
- Prepares finished/digital ready art copy to suppliers - Assist sales executive with quote and research requests - Act as point of contact with customer in responding to quotes and proactively obtain correct and pertinent information when receiving new orders - Review and compare quotes with suppliers and create presentation/quotes for sales executives and/or clients - Process new jobs/purchase order entry, track orders, work with vendors on pricing agreements, resolve art discrepancies, etc.
