A Customer Advocate acts as the liaison between customers and other operational departments within the company to eagerly resolve issues on behalf of the customer by providing reliable solutions.
This is a temporary position through the end of the year. Great way to earn some extra Holiday cash!!!!
Job Duties include:
Assisting customers who are applying for health insurance that need to submit extra forms or information
Organizing e-mails and tasks in the in-house computer system for Sales Agents and Customer Advocates
Other operational task needed to support departmental daily activity
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Positive communication skills - verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Data collection focused
Ability to work under pressure
High energy level
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Basic computer knowledge and navigation
Above average results for Data Entry
