TITLE: Director, Client Solutions - Global Logistics

Leading international logistics provider has an exceptional opportunity in New York / New Jerseyfor a Director, Global Client Solutions to take over responsibility for managing and selling to Life Sciences Accounts on the East Coast. The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for solidifying relationships with all decision makers within leading Phama/Medical Device clients to continually offer additional services and solutions and improve overall efficiencies in their supply chain. Profitability, Efficiency, Quality, and Exceeding Customer Expectations will be the Key Performance Indicators for this role


  • Represent, manage operations and sell additional logistics and supply chain solutions to an existing account as well as to

  • Preference will be given to candidate who have sold international logistics ( Air & Ocean) services

  • Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for the Life Sciences Vertical

  • Drive revenue throughout multiple geographies encompassing the full-suite for transportation and logistics solutions


  • 10+ years of demonstrated sales success in the supply chain, logistics, and international forwarding

  • Experience managing high level strategic accounts.

  • Calling on "C" level executives (e.g., CFOs, heads of procurement/supply chain management) in the Life Sciences vertical.

  • Ability to develop and articulate a compelling value proposition, as well to negotiate the most favorable pricing and business terms possible.

  • Financial background a plus or strong comfort level and success in selling to the finance side of a company, including the CFO.

  • Strong sales leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Sales management experience preferred.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel are essential.

  • Accustomed to working in fast-paced entrepreneurial businesses
