Basic PC level tech: Image PC s, Deploy PC s, physically remove equipment from our facility to approved E-Waste facility, troubleshoot application/network issues to diagnose for network team, configure android/iphone devices with corporate emails, be mindful of having access to potentially private information such as patient data.
Defines, designs, and implements information systems and solutions. Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Manages load configuration on system and makes recommendations for purchase or upgrade of systems. Coordinates system planning, installing, removing old equipment/ewaste to recycling facility, monitoring, testing, and servicing. Approves action requests and specifies purchase requirement. Negotiates and places orders with vendors. Trains employees on system.
Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Experience: Entry level experience in specified systems administration
Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of the definition and design specified systems communications and solutions
