Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
We are looking for a technically-savvy and business-focused digital business analyst for our web sites, mobile app and outbound marketing platforms (email, SMS). The business analyst will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to combine customer, business and technical perspectives into cohesive and effective solutions that eliminate shopper, guest services and retailer pain points, address unmet needs and surprise and delight.
Required Skills and Experience
3-5 years experience in a business analyst role supporting large-scale, web content management systems (CMS), mobile app, and outbound marketing systems and processes.
Deep experience with CMS s and related systems required. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Digital Asset Management experience strongly preferred. Adobe Test & Target experience preferred.
Deep experience with email service provider systems required. Silver Pop or Neolane (Adobe Campaign) strongly preferred.
A broad knowledge of solutions in the CMS, email service provider and SMS provider space strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges into smart digital solutions.
Proven experience integrating a wide variety of systems and architectures into cohesive, simple solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
Academic background in business, technology or related field. Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience minimum.
Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions
