DescriptionRandstad in Chicago is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for several direct hire and temp to hire roles in the Chicago Loop area. If you are looking for a new administrative opportunity, please apply with your resume! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience in an office setting.

Typical duties include:

-prepare, edit and bind PowerPoint presentations

-book all travel requests, as needed

-maintain and monitor MS Outlook Calendar

-prepare, submit and file copies of expense account reimbursement requests

-prepare and mail written correspondence

-receive, open and sort incoming mail and distribute

-answer and screen general phone lines

-manage payment processing

-reserve space for conferences and coordinate shipping of materials

-coordinate team meetings as requested

-any administrative duties as assigned

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm



-Bachelors Degree Required

-experience in financial services or banking

-excellent organizational and customer relations skills

-proficient with Microsoft Office

-experience with multiline phone systems

-excellent verbal and written communication skills

-able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
