Description-Manage and ensure efficient operation of assigned number of housing units
-Provide direct supervision to assigned staff members
-Ensure completion of tasks required
-Inspect common areas of all assigned properties on a regular basis
-Maintain well-documented resident files in accordance with appropriate State and Federal regulations
-Monitor assigned properties to ensure proper care of each is provided
-Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all repairs are done in a timely manner
-Conduct all business in accordance with TMI policies and procedures. Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.
Working hours: 8am-6pm M-F (some weekends required)
-3+ years experience in property management
-Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, supervise and administer a full range of responsibilities related to the completion of tasks related to the duties
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, those supervised, persons in other offices, and the general public
