Responsibilities focusing on coordination of company initiated closures of clients relationships and accounts. Responsible for compiling Business Controls Closure results for socialization through standard routines. Leads efforts to identify, understand and document evidence of compliance. Partners to determine actionable steps to limit risks and escalate risks appropriately. Influences and interacts with staff and partners across Operations, and key risk, legal and compliance partners.
Provides administrative support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a line of business. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in an account opening, fulfillment, servicing, or operations role
-Candidate should be detail oriented, self-starter
-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Advanced abilities in root cause analysis and mitigation planning
-Strong verbal and written communication, including experience socializing and influencing results
-Strong organizational skills, including experience independently managing projects/initiatives
-Demonstrated ability to work and problem solve basic issues independently
