We are seeking a Helpdesk resource that will be responsible to answering customer calls and walking them through their technical support issues. This is a permanent hire role with a growing company.
Great on the phone and ensuring customer satisfaction.
High Schoool Diploma is required. Associates and Bachelor s are preferred.
At least 1 year in a customer service or experience in hospitality or service oriented industries. Or anything where you are working with customers to ensure they are happy or satisfied with a service.
The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
