Randstad Professionals is seeking an Executive Assistant for a contract role with our client on the West Shore that is expected to last at least three months. Qualified candidate will have at least three years experience in a role supporting Senior Management to C-level executives with experience in healthcare or related industry.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Performing high level administration and data entry functions to assure smooth and efficient operations including scheduling across multiple calendars
Utilizing internal systems in conjunction with MS Excel to run reports; requires ability to manage large amounts of data across multiple spreadsheets
