Supports contract administration and negotiation for Clinical Development Operations group within R&D Organization
Works with management and colleagues in Legal/Compliance to resolve contract issues within Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and others as needed.
Interface with outsourced contracting vendor to ensure deliverables are met.
? Works with contract requestor and/or manager to determine appropriate contract required
Supports global site budget development
Administers contract templates for business/legal terms with supervision
Ensures compliance with internal timelines, metrics, and processes
Educates client groups on processes and relevant contract issues
Applies an understanding of basic contract principles
Effectively represents functional perspective to others, including Global Development Operations, Outsourcing Management, and Legal colleagues
Working hours: 830-530
BA/BS or equivalent experience (3+ years direct industry contracting)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience with industry budgeting tool (GrantPlan or GrantManager)
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of the clinical operations contracting processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
