DescriptionWe are currently hiring for a Data Entry/File Clerk for our Logistics Organization in Burlingame. This is a full time position and a great opportunity to join a reputable organization.
- Check Incoming Paperwork such as invoices, correspondence, etc
- Sort all papers in desired locations and by timestamps or alphabetically
- Update manual records with new information
- Store all paperwork in designated secure places
- Occasionally enter information into systems either by email or scans
- Follow policies and procedures for confidential files and safeguard that information
- Monitor Inventory of files and other office supplies
Working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Proven experience in a file clerk role or administrative experience
- Knowledge of MS Office solutions, Printers, Copiers, Scanners, etc
- Good communication both oral and written.
- Dependable and professional
- Able to work with Confidential documents and policies
- Great attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
