Looking for a Project Services Analyst in support of our enterprise Technology department.

Start date: 07/24/2017 and the estimated end date is:11/03/2017.


  • Execute Project Services support functions, providing financial transaction support including new project setup in MS Project Online, shopping carts (SC), invoice coding, and purchase order out of funds analysis with a volume of over 100 SCs and 500 Invoices per month.

  • Upload contracts in our SOW library in SharePoint and ensure all information is correct and complete to create shopping carts.

  • Create Shopping Carts in SRM, ensuring it is entered accurately and routed to the correct approver.

  • Work with Finance department to ensure all Purchase Orders are coded to the correct SAP cost Objects.

  • Obtaining Good Receipt approvals and performing GR in SAP

  • Validate invoices to ensure they are valid and include the required backup documentation, as well as routing said invoices to the appropriate business units for approval.

  • Help with other Project Services functions, i.e. Publish Pending Approval Reports, send fully executed contracts to legal, PO maintenance (code changes, amount increases, closure, etc.), submitting Vendor Maintenance forms, and annual subscription end-date tracking.


  • Candidates with an understanding of SAP and Procurement experience preferred but not required Ideal candidate will be a great communicator, both orally and written, and will have a sense of service

  • Must be detailed oriented and able to understand complex processes and how they all tie together to paint the bigger picture

  • Must be accurate and able to self-audit, be resourceful to find answers and make educated decisions, and be able to operate in an ambiguous fast paced environment
