Our Client in Williamsville, NY is looking for candidates to support their Sales Team. Must have energy, have excellent computer skills and be able to multi-task.

Provide administrative and customer service support as needed to aid in the growth of the Sales Team. Work as a liaison between the sales team and all critical departments to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved. Coordinate Contractor Services offering through effectively managing third party suppliers and coordination with Warehouse and Manufacturing departments. Work directly with customers as needed to meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall administrative support for the Sales Team

  • Work with various internal systems to effectively manage work, document activities and communicate as necessary

  • Work as a liaison between Sales and Credit, Manufacturing, Distribution, Manila, Sourcing, ETO, Master Data, and other internal teams

  • Engage with customers as necessary to support the Sales Team and internal processes

  • Maintain high level of customer service

  • Send professional correspondence and Sale, products, and services information

  • Process credits and replacements for Construction Account Managers.

  • Customer Service needs for AM's (i.e. status updates on orders, answering clarifications yourself or calling the customer, etc)

  • Execute expedite requests for AM's

  • Miscellaneous requests from AM's (i.e. samples, catalogs, etc)

Working hours: 8am-5pm

--Business-to-business experience

--Experience in a fast paced sales environment

--Proficiency in SAP, SalesForce and Microsoft programs
