Job Title

Technical Project Manager

Reports to

PMO Head


· Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities

o Project portfolio or program management experience is a plus

· Executive level reporting and communications skills

· Risk management to properly identify risks on time, propose strategies, workaround and risk mitigation actions proactively

· Project plan preparation from high level to technical details level, plan and estimate milestones/activities (effort/duration) and identify role/skills set per activity (system, OS, middleware..)

· Infrastructure projects management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, Security, monitoring)

o Software projects management experience is a plus (to understand SLDC and products lifecycle)

· Exceptional ability to communicate technical decisions/issues to different stakeholders

· PMP trained/certified

· Strong organization skills (document, log and track actions, issues...)

· Technical background is a plus (system engineer, IT operations, ...)

· Experience working in a company based on ITIL environment (Change management, incident management, service management...)


· Non-Technical

  1. Structure, organized and highly focus on documentation, reporting, evidences collections for proper project deliverables management (auditable deliverables)

  2. Team minded

  3. Communication Skills

  4. Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills

5. Proficient in Spanish

  1. ITIL certification

  2. PMP certification

  1. Infrastructure high level design/requirements analysis capabilities

  2. Root cause high level analysis
