Randstad, a global provider of HR solutions and the second largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring a “Solutions Delivery Manager” in the greater Boston area.
This role joins Randstad Corporate Services (RCS) – a fast growing division that provides comprehensive workforce solutions to our staffing partners through an onsite Managed Services Provider (MSP) program that includes dedicated account management, specialty recruiting and customized Vendor Management System (VMS) technology.

The Solutions Delivery Manager is a highly consultative client-facing role that focuses on improving the quality of our onsite staffing programs within a region. The position analyzes HR metrics and workforce data to drive strategy and enhance program deliverables. Responsibilities include project management, new process creation / process improvement, operational excellence, implementing best practices, continuous improvement, data analysis, enhanced reporting, market research, auditing, compliance, new account implementations and QBR presentations. This role will manage 2 Solutions Delivery Consultant reports.
The Solutions Delivery Manager will:
Lead and manage team of Solutions Delivery Consultants creating best practices and automating solutions to share within the region and across the RCS organization
Assist in the creation of client sales presentations to effectively showcase RCS’s ability to delivery customized client-centric solutions, participating in the sales process providing insight into our measurement and analytical capabilities as an organization to aid in closing new business
Manage local and cross-geographical efforts for implementation of new accounts ensuring processes are standardized and field teams are aligned, informed, and prepared
Build and maximize direct client relationships at strategic level within clients, KDMs, and end users to add value to all business units
Create roadmaps for rolling out both Randstad and RCS specific initiatives
Partner with Area Vice President and above to help create and deliver upon SLAs
Help define account expectations for performance and conduct account audits at scheduled intervals ensuring adherence to client goals and internal requirements related to: Quality Cost, Savings, Risk Mitigation, Compliance, Efficiency and Brand Standards
Work with both local account teams and cross-geographical SDCs to compile and share program performance with client via quarterly and annual business reviews.
Create and foster a sales environment and results-focused culture via a consultative approach delivering VBRs to clients by analyzing actual data, comparing to benchmarks, to diagnose problems, gaps in performance and service delivery, and provide future recommendations
Develop and enhance program deliverables. Partner with local account teams and clients to implement strategies impacting: Cycle time, Early turnover, Recruiting costs, Hiring processes, Talent engagement, customer satisfaction
Conduct extensive industry and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and resources. May create white papers and case studies to present and offer customized solutions to clients
Bachelors degree required; Masters work preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of business experience.
Candidates must have consulting and continuous improvement experiences
Staffing industry, HR Analyst, Workforce Planning or Managed Services experience highly preferred
Advanced Excel required, macros, vlookups, pivot tables, Powerpoint
