Randstad is currently working with a very well-known storage/data company to fill a process specialist in their staffing operations department. This person will be responsible for supporting process effectiveness and efficiency within the Staffing and Employment Administration domain. They will be supporting process design adherence and integrity through data analysis and administrative support. Ideal candidates will have experience with HR functions, administration, and be looking to work within a large corporate organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide analysis and administrative support for processes within scope.
-Works closely with the Process Manager on project work and continuous improvement efforts to design operationally sound processes
Supports processes for monitoring quality of work and process adherence, as well as to understand potential areas for continuous improvement.
Performs day to day administrative support for escalated, after-India-hours or overflow work efforts.
Provides process-expert support to the HR Services Case Managers to aid in the resolution of escalated cases.
Works closely with the Process Manager and the HR Service Case Managers through the use of case reviews to understand the "voice of the customer," evaluate process adherence and quality, and explore continuous improvement opportunities.
Educates process users (e.g., HR Services Tier 1 and 2, COE users, Global HR Processing Team) on new processes and updates to existing processes.
Supports the management and maintainance of associated process documentation (e.g., process maps, SOPs) and process inventory.
Support the ICIMS specialist with data requirments or project based work.
Working hours: Monday -Friday
1-3 years' experience in HR operations with working knowledge of HR process; or equivalent relevant education
Strong aptitude for business process analysis
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making
High degree of comfort with change, with the skill to easily shift priorities to meet business needs
Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills
