DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in a clerical position. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity paying $13-$16 an hour.

Responsibilities include:

- General administrative duties

- Filing, faxing, scanning

- Answering inbound calls

- Assisting with client intake

- Data entry

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm


- 3-5 years basic administrative/reception duties

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

- Excellent written and communication skills
