DescriptionRandstad is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with management team members to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the executives of the company. The EA collects and prepares information for use in discussions and meetings of executive staff and outside individuals, prepares reports and presentation materials for board of director meetings, and makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Working hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Manage calendars, liaise with executives and their direct reports, answer phones, file, copy, and fax documents, and perform tasks encompassing all aspects of office operation.
Monitor deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play.
*Meetings arranged professionally, ensuring all invitees can attend without calendar conflicts.
*Arrange travel through the Internet or using outside agents.
*Complete expense reports.
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficient internet research skills.
