DescriptionRandstad is currently hiring for a receptionist to work with our client in Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsible for greeting vendors and customers. Will be responsible general clerical and administrative functions including answering phones, written correspondence, mail distribution, supply ordering and filing.

Working hours: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


Skills and qualifications:

-1-2 years previous receptionist experience working for corporate office

-Experience answering multi-line phone system

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Professional and friendly demeanor to greet customers and vendors

-High School diploma

-Attention to detail and must possess a can-do attitude

Immediate. M-F 8-5:00pm. $11-13/hour. Temp to Hire.
