Reputable, established company in downtown Bethesda is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant! This individual will be supporting the CEO of the company in both company and personal matters. About 60% of job responsibilities will be company related and 40% personal. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle all situations quickly and positively. Earn $65,000-$75,000 annually in this great opportunity where responsibilities will include preparing presentations, interacting with clients, maintaining CEO's schedule and calendar, tracking expenses, setting appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Required skills and experience:
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PIVOT tables in Excel
Attention to accuracy and detail in all respects of responsibilities
Extensive calendar management experience
Must be willing to work beyond the 40 hour work week and respond to off-hours requests for assistance as needed
Must have Executive Assistant work experience
