Parts Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Parts Dept on daily procedures, including counter sales, expenses, and customer interface.
We are seeking a candidate that can demonstrate good communication skills, both oral and written, and knowledge of Hyster related products. Excellent customer and public relation skills a plus. Prior experience in inventory management is required.
Job Duties :
Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
Fill customer orders from stock and place orders when requested items are out of stock.
Read catalogues or computer displays to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
Assist customers, such as responding to customer complaints and updating them about back-ordered parts.
Locate and label parts and maintain inventory of stock.
Working hours: 8am -5pm
This is a temp to hire position.
Pay: Depending on Experience
This position offers 40 plus hours. Candidate must be available to work weekends (as needed).
