DescriptionSeeking a candidate familiar with spreadsheets and creating formulas through Microsoft Excel. Will be creating daily reports, cost reports by dept, and payroll. Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested. Process payroll in a timely manner. Must be organized, detailed orientated, and be able to multi-task.
Candidates are subject to background and drug screen.
Pay Rate $12 Hourly
Working hours: 40
Experience with ADP and Oracle a plus.
Will be reviewing timekeeping and creating daily cost reports.
Will instruct and assist new hires.
Monitor office supply levels and submit purchases.
Microsoft Excel experience.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
